Description: Debris scree on steep slopes under quartzite or limestone rocks. Originally openwork, the pores sometimes later filled with flown or blown in fines.
Stratotype: Bande pierrier (Gullentops, 1954).
Area: Middle and Upper part of Belgium.
Age: Essentially from the last glacial stages.
